📦Return & Refund Policy
At Kaimono BD, Our customers satisfaction is Our Top Priority. If you receive a Damaged item, wrong product, we will promptly send you a replacement within 5-8 working days. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement of such damaged shipments. Please see our Cancellation & Return Policy for more information.
🔁 Return Policy – Details
You can request a return if- You received a wrong item, or damaged product. You contact us immediately after receiving the product infront of the delivery person and we’ll arrange for a replacement provided that meets the following conditions:
If any Damage is found (damaged/ defective/ wrong product) after opening the Bag, inform the “Customer Care Department through inbox as soon as possible along with a picture/ video proof.
⛔ Once the delivery is accepted without any issue, we regret that returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated.
We do NOT accept returns for: Opened, used, or damaged items (if not due to our error).
💸 Refund Policy – Details
Refunds are issued only in these cases:
Wrong product sent
Product is damaged or defective and proven with photos/videos
Product is out of stock and cannot be delivered
🚚 Return Shipping Cost-
If the error is from our side, we bear the return shipping cost.
If the customer changes their mind or ordered incorrectly, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
⚠️ Important-
Refusing parcels at the door without a valid reason may lead to account blacklisting or prepayment-only service.
Frequent return requests or false claims may result in your future orders being declined..
In case of disputes, the decision of Kaimono BD management team will be considered final.
